Summary
Discover the beer of La Roche! The Féodale blonde is composed of pilsen malt for the base, dried at a low temperature (about 50°) to keep the enzymes active, as well as a malt dried at a higher temperature (from 60 to 110° sometimes) to give it a special taste between biscuit and caramel and color. It naturally contains water from the Belgian Ardennes and 2 types of ‘German’ hops, giving it a pleasant bitterness that’s not too strong, and a delicate aroma. Finally, orange peel is added to give the flavour without overpowering.
